Delivery Policies

It takes between 3-4 weeks for us to deliver your order from the time you place the order on our website. This is because we place orders with Apple only after the sale is closed and it takes between 2 to 3 weeks for your order to reach our warehouse. Once we receive it, we run a quality check on the merchandise and only after it’s cleared our quality control is it shipped to you. Radius Systems ensures that the fastest and most efficient dispatch and delivery to get your orders to you as swiftly as possible from our warehouse. Your Apple merchandise will be delivered within 3 working days from the date of dispatch for all deliveries within India. On dispatch, we will send you an email giving you the details of the courier service used.

Cash on delivery

Currently, the Cash On Delivery (COD) option is available only in India and only for orders less than Rs. 10,000. If you choose COD, Rs. 50 is added as convenience charges. You can view the delivery charges at the time of payment. These are over and above the selling price of the product. You can also view the delivery charges in the invoice or My Order section.

Return Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value but in case you are unhappy with the merchandise we offer a flexible and easy return policy.

Returns on defects

  1. Returns are accepted only if the product is found defective on arrival and contains no physical damage. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. In case of a return, please email us at info@radiussystems.net
    All contents need to be sent back in the original packaging. The packaging should be intact and not damaged in any manner.
  2. If goods arrive “damaged during shipping”, the package should not be accepted and should be immediately reported to us at info@radiussystems.net. Pictures must be mailed to us with the return request in case courier is accepted.

General Returns

  1. Returns are accepted with original packaging intact and without any sort of physical damages within 14 days. All accessories must be returned intact. A restocking fee of 10% is applicable on such returns. Shipping for returns will be borne by the buyer.
  2. 2. All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your in your Card Account.
