Cancellation Policy

Radius Systems Pvt Ltd believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
• There is no cancellation of orders after 24 Hours or once shipped.
• No Cancellation allowed under affordability program. Product once booked availing cashback offers and/or EMI options cannot be cancelled, return or exchanged(with orther variants of the same product) under any circumstances.
